Winning the OD Member of the Year award was a truly delightful and unexpected honour. I’ve been deeply committed to developing my skills in organisational development and coaching, and the support I’ve received as a member of the OD Academy has been instrumental in that journey. Thanks to this guidance and encouragement, I was able to launch Leodis Consulting Ltd, just over a year ago.
This award marks my third recognition through the OD Academy, following previous awards for both the Certificate and Diploma courses in OD. Each milestone has been a meaningful step in my professional growth.
My background as a Chartered Company Secretary has given me a strong foundation in governance and organisational processes. However, OD has opened up an entirely new perspective. I often say that OD is the doctor of governance—a realisation that would not have been possible without the Academy’s thoughtful challenge and invaluable support. Their dedication to building capability within the field has played a crucial role in shaping me as an OD practitioner.
